Hi all, Thought I would share with you a discovery I made this morning. Yesterday I made a green smoothie from the Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook and even though I made it with hot water it really aggitated my digestion making for an uncomfortable day. This morning I tossed the left overs in a pot and simmered it a bit and had it like soup. It tastes pretty good and has been much easier on the belly.
