Hi all,

I was thinking I would post what we’re eating every day; just to put some ideas out there that might help folks with variety. :) Remember to keep focused on the abundance! If you start feeling deprived and like “there is nothing that you can eat that is any good,” then you know you need to just shift your focus to the reality of ALL the amazing foods that are available to us.

You should get suspicious of the ego when your thinking becomes completely all or nothing and driven by a fundamental pessimism :).

Darren (and remember he is doing a modified version of the detox):

Breakfast: GF oats with coconut oil and a few chopped dates

Lunch: kidney beans with mixed roasted veggies made into a soup (just add water, veggie broth or coconut milk) over rice with 1/2 yam on the side

Snacks: veggie stick and GF puffed rice (fruit sweetened) mixed with sunflower seed butter. Make you own sunflower butter by placing the seeds into a food processor until smooth… yum!

Dinner: Steamed Chinese broccoli (I can’t believe he is going to eat this!!) with tahini sauce, roasted yams and raw veggie sticks.

Sweet snack… frozen blueberries

Tif: 

Breakfast: I actually fasted as I was not feeling too well this AM
