Green Smoothie Extravaganza :D
It makes lots!
2 ½ cups water
6 cups total of any combination of:
carrot, beet, strawberry greens
kale, wood sorrel, flat leaf and/or curly topped parsley, cilantro, fresh spring baby arugula, spinach, endive
dandelion greens
celery
½ cup adzuki sprouts (or any other type sprout if you like)
½ ripe avocado
3 cups mixed fruit of:
raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
½ green apple
½ bosc pear (or other type pear)
2 stalks (about 4” long) of fresh mint
¼ cup whole cream of coconut (not the lite version)
1 tsp bee pollen (optional)
a bit of agave or stevia as per your taste
Mix the greens and water together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add the rest a little at a time as they will fit into the blender, and blend all until very smooth.
It is best if served right away, but can be refrigerated in tightly sealed glass jars for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving … and …… ENJOY !! :D
