Tropical Peanut Butter and Banana Toast
GF Millet Bread (or whatever bread you prefer)
Fresh Peanut Butter
Banana
Unsweetened finely shredded coconut
Raw sunflower seeds
Toast the bread to desired degree, then add peanut butter, sliced banana, unsweetened coconut and raw sunflower seeds. Simple, with lots of awesome texture and hidden taste – it’s great as a quick breakfast or a snack.
