17 Different ways to whip up goodness!
Last weeks Dinner Dilemma revealed how to keep a cupboard and fridge well stocked, with ease. This week I’ll talk you through at least 17 dishes that you can create out of that stocked kitchen. Want to learn how to whip up goodness in just 8 minutes...
· Eggs!
· Scrambled eggs
· Breakfast tacos
· Migas- strips of tortillas, scramble with eggs
· Chalupas- crispy corn tortilla topped with refried beans, optional cheese and chopped veggies
· Roasted veggies with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
· Blended roasted veggies with soup stalk
· Chopped up raw veggie salad with apple cider vinegar, a dash of agave and seasonings of your choice

· Chopped cucumber salad with rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and fresh herb (try cilantro, dill, or basil)
· Whole black beans over blue corn tortillas, with goat cheese and veggies make a tasty “Navajo Frito Pie”
· Blended black beans with soup stalk or water, salt and raw cocoa
· Turkish Garbanzo bean salad with garbanzo, Turkish apricots, red onion, red wine vinegar, olives and parsley
· Indian Chick Pea dish with garbanzo beans, water, stewed tomatoes, garlic, Indian spices. Can be served over rice or quinoa
· Blended chick peas with Tahini or nut butter, lemon juice and olive oil. Serve with Mary’s Gone Crackers
· Toast Gluten free bread and make sandwiches
· Quesadilla- cheese, veggie or black beans
